On September 14, 2024, our black tie Equity and Empowerment Awards Gala honored community leaders, awarded scholarships and grants, and celebrated financial literacy with dinner, music, and dancing at Belleza Event Space in Pineville.
On September 14, 2024, the Konspicuous Foundation hosted the Equity & Empowerment Awards Gala ’24 at Belleza Event Space in Pineville, NC. This black-tie evening celebrated educational excellence and entrepreneurial spirit, bringing together community leaders, supporters, and changemakers.
The evening honored outstanding local organizations with the Community Impact Award for their commitment to improving financial literacy in Charlotte. We also recognized the next generation of leaders by awarding scholarships to deserving college students majoring in accounting, finance, or entrepreneurship, and presented the Next Gen Entrepreneur Award — a monetary grant for an emerging business owner.
Guests enjoyed a gourmet sit-down dinner, premium bar, live music, and dancing, creating a night of elegance and inspiration. The gala reflected our ongoing mission to empower individuals, families, and businesses through education, resources, and opportunity.
